Key responsibilities
- Deliver safe, patient-centered nursing care aligned with facility policies and scope of practice.
- Complete accurate documentation in the facility EMR at end of shift.
- Collaborate with charge nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams on assigned units.
- Respond professionally to acuity changes and communicate escalation needs promptly.
- Arrive on time, in uniform, with required credentials verified before first shift.
Qualifications & requirements
- Active New York State RN license in good standing.
- Minimum one year of acute, long-term care, or med-surg experience preferred.
- Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred for hospital assignments.
- Reliable transportation to assignments across Nassau, Suffolk, and NYC boroughs.
- Strong communication skills and professional bedside manner.

All Iconic placements require verification of active New York licensure or certification, proof of required training (BLS, ACLS, etc. where applicable), professional references, and successful completion of background and drug screening per facility policy.
